 In 1967 on the 21st December at the office party I met Gerry, two weeks later we decided to get engaged. I chose a lovely sapphire ring. We married 3 years later on 23rd May 1970

We are going to fast forward now to 2005, now my lovely ring   38 years old needed re-setting. I took it to a local jeweller; he took out the stones melted the gold and re-designed the entire ring.Unknown to me my eldest son was at the exact same time Commissioning a specialy designed diamond and gold engagement ring to surprise his girlfriend… He took her to Stockholm for a long weekend,   produced the ring and proposed. How amazing! It was that very same weekend that I very excitedly received my new ring back from the jeweller completely unaware that in another part of the world my son produced another uniquely designed Engagement ring;  For his future wife.This is a special tribute to my eldest son’s beautiful wife.God’s timing is always perfect.
