You must try this wonderful tomato recipe

 Here’s How to do it:

Cut tomatoes in half and place on oven tray sprinkle with extra virgin olive oil and sea salt. Turn on oven very cool  100  degrees C on electric or gas mark 1 and cook for about two hours, tomato should  be dried and firm but not burnt, test this as all ovens vary. Remove from oven and leave to cool; when cold put into clean jars and cover with olive oil. You can keep these in fridge; They have many uses, spread on toast / crackers wonderful added to sandwiches use in sauces ……you think of more
